1: Get some Wolfff Extra Power mag springs if you are going to use Mil-Spec mags, or any other mags for that matter. In my experience, follower design(flat,domed,dimpled, recessed with a check ball,etc.)make no difference. I've run'em all with no problems with ball ammo.SWC ammo seems to prefer parallel lip mags.Main thing is, the SPRING HAS to keep the bullet nose UP.
