Celebrate your freedoms today everyone, or if you're in a blue state at least the ones you still have left. Be sure not to blow off anything that can't grow back.

I started the day taking a few Old West revolvers out shooting. Figured a classic Colt SAA is about as American as it gets. The others were Italian Ubertis.

Now's to clean 'em all up, make myself a steak tonight and prime the garden hose in case the neighbors are bad shots with their mortars.

Have a bunch of family visiting for the 4th today, so went shooting with a bunch of good friends yesterday. 1911's and A/R's.

Happy 4th, long live our Republic!

I have two of my grandchildren today, so range time and reloading work will wait until tomorrow. I did perform grill duty, batting practice coach, and getting to be fireworks-watching supervisor.
Special thanks to all veterans, from 1776 to date, for making this day possible. Play safe today, God bless our families, God Bless America.
