I enjoyed this build more than I thought I would. Turned out to be a good shooter. The guys at APW did a great job on what I sent to them. The Zebra VZ slants were the exact look I was going for. Recoil was much different on the commander length than Government length 10mm that I have fired with the same loads. Quick to get back on target with a short fast recoil.

Thanks for the comments. fast eddie, That is a Smith&Alexander that I re-profile the bottom. I start by removing the lower lines of checkering then round the butt then reduce the sides. The first I had seen done was by LOGMAN on this site some years back.

Fast Eddie, This is a Commander I did in 45acp that I have better pictures of. Each of these is cut by hand so each is different. The finish on this is Isonite QPQ
