It does nobody any good to discuss or speculate these types of matters in an open forum. Unfortunately, it can cause great harm to the character of a well known, and competent instructor.
Whether Gabe has commited a criminal act, or not is not for us to decide. There is no way that any of us can know ALL the facts. To be sure, I have personally witnessed good men slaughtered by politicians and their minions (chiefs of police ARE politicians), because of personal grudges or simply because of ill will.
Remember Gabe is innocent until proven guilty. I really hope that nobody here sides with those that believe that a person must be guilty because they have been charged with something. Innocent men and women are charged with criminal acts, and it is more common than believed.
In order to keep this thread from possibly ending in an attack on Gabe's character, and to allow him and the State to present their cases before a (hopefully) impartial court, this thread is locked
