high cap magazines for parsa's question

i was looking at a stainless para limited model today, it was in 45 but i am probably gonna order it in 40, my question is this, can you get high cap mags for it,it would be used in IPSC, i shoot a wilson in IDPA now, but want a high cap as well. if so, how many rounds will the high caps hold and how much should i expect to pay? thanks

New P-16s come with a certificate to purchase two new hicap mags from PO for approx. $100.00. Additional new hicap mags can be purchased from Jack Norris at Practical Shooting Supplies. www.practicalshooting.com

9 or 10 months ago I purchased hicaps from Jack for $65.00.

Factory mags with flat bottoms hold 16 rounds, with factory extended base pads 18 or 19 rounds. Grams and Dawson extended base pads and followers hold 20-21 rounds.

Don't forget that you can shoot your Para P16-40 in IDPA ESP Class with only 10 rounds in the mags, besides using it for IPSC.

Wise choice, you will get your money's worth. Being a cop caliber, the 40 is great for a relaoder, because once fired brass is cheap.
