IDPA is alive and well in West Virginia. Go to http://www.idpa.com/clubs/states/westvirginia.htm There are 5 clubs in WV. I shoot regularly at 2 of them and know people at the other 3. I shoot at Weirton and Tyler County. There is also a club near Marietta Ohio. You might have to drive a little but there are clubs to shoot at.
