I thought I had to spend $25.00 to $30.00 on magazines to make my Kimber Custom work. I use Wilson's great 10 round Bureaucrat(47T) at my local USPSA shoots (Limited 10). Wanted to pick up a forth one. Walked into my favorite toy store. My gun guy sold me (I hate being beat at my own game) on another brand he has used at gun games for some time. Their called "MEC-GAR", imported from Italy (thats where they sent grampa) they're 10 rounders, nickel, works slicker than snot AND COST ONLY $17.00!!!!!!DANG IT I JUST DROPPED $90.00 on three Wilson's!!!!...maybe it's just a freak good one or something. I use the MecGar 10 rounders in my Les Baer and have never had a single problem. Can't be beat for the money. You can find blued ones for ~$12.

MecGar are servicable for the range. If you
are serious about competition or use them
for carry, you are better off with the Wilsons.

i use a mec gar in my SIG 220, works great, the stainless version was actually cheaper than the blued at the gun show

$50 factory SIG mags are made by ...MEC GAR

anyone think paying an extra $30 for SIG to stamp there name into the Same Exact mag is worth it? i dont
