ran across a couple of imported ithaca's today. should have got importers name but didn't think about it till later. anybody seen any or know who imported any? or where they might have come from?

Surplus 1911's were imported for many years by many companies until Clinton put the kibosh on importing ex-US military weapons during the 1990's. The ones brought over after GCA '68 had to have the importer's stamp on them.
