I was not quite satisfied with my practical frame with hard chrome slide appearance. So, I put the matte blue slide with heinies on and took her out for a spin. No failures. Imagine that.

I was somewhat less than satisfied with my factory rowel hammer. I tried to use a c and s I had and was not satisfied with the trigger pull. I tried various hammer and sear combos till I found one that worked for me and will go with that.

The bio hazard Ball'R grips passed their road test as well. I will be ordering more.

The particular top end in the picture has been together as a unit from 1960 something till now.

The chrome with Novak sights I acquired as slide only but have extra barrels. It is a sixty something slide also. I only found one of my spare barrels to be right for that slide and that slide and barrel combo stay together now.
