Was watching the late news last & a story about a federal agent
of some type, from Texas, was the victim of an attempted
kidnapping in Orlando, Florida. The story stated there were
4 punks/thugs/hoodlums involved & that 3 of them had been caught.

My wife & I have been talking about a vacation to Orlando
sometime next year & now something like this pops up. I don't
think I've ever heard much about Orlando being a real
crime hotbed. You can bet though that if we decide to go at
least one & maybe more of my 1911's will go also; also, I do
know that Texas & Florida reciprocate with each other.

Inside the city of Orlando is a cesspool. Most of the attractions there are outside the city limits. You'll be OK as long as you don't try to save money on a hotel.

And disney is a gun free zone. however in Florida posted signs carry no weight. No carry in Govt buildings or schools. Everywhere else is good.

Enjoy your trip.

Every city in every country on earth has crime.

Probably some real bad stuff has gone down in your Montgomery County Texas.

So staying at home will not guarantee your safety either.

Go where you want.
