My wife's Kimber Sapphire has extracting and feeding problems. Spent shell will not eject, and new cartridge will not advance. Spent shell is jammed in on top of new shell.
I have field stripped and cleaned pistol, tried to clean out extractor path; extractor very difficult to remove.
Gun has been fired several hundred times. This problem surfaced when gun was new,but then disappeared for a few months Now it is back .
Dealer says it is user error, limp wresting, etc. Maybe that is true, but the gun was firing well for a few months. So i am a little suspicious about that explanation.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would adjust the tension of the extractor. A 9MM extractor is harder to remove since you have to push the claw sideways into the channel to be able to remove it from the rear.
