- The grip safety will require frame modification (removal of material) - I've tried without and it does not look good or feel good. I decided not to modify my frame.
- The ambi safety will require fitting and proper function testing after installation. Proper fitting is critical and a do-it-yourself job is not recommended if you don't have a complete understanding of how the safety and the sear interact.
- The slide stop is easy to install. I've installed two with only minor fitting
- The magazine release - easy to install, might require slight fitting
- The drop in bushing - I have no experince with this one, but I'm willing to bet you won't get the accuracy you do with your stock bushing. If I were doing it, I'd get a new bushing from the Kimber Custom Shop. I'm not sure however that the bushing needs changing, especially only after 5k rounds.
- Hex screws - drop in, no fitting and would look nice on a blue/black framed gun with stainless safeties and slide stop.
