Hi John,

Kydex is fast becoming a preferred material for carry gear, because it's fast, thin, non-collapsing, and impervious to sweat.

Kydex, like leather, can run the gammut in terms of quality and price. We happen to stock the upper end of the spectrum, a brand called Ky-Tac, which has each piece of gear individually hand molded by the same guy on actual guns and gear. The below image is that of the 1911 MP-1 magazine holder from Ky-Tac, with Ky-Tac's exclusive Anchor Loop system, which allows for easy on and off for a 1.5" belt, but remains utterly secure once it's placed on the belt.

Like all Ky-Tac gear, the mag pouches are blazing fast while remaining utterly practical, and fully adjustable for retention levels. Ky-Tac gear is being used by top competitors and trainers across the nation.

If you have any questions, feel free to drop us an email or visit our website!
HTH!
