Wilson Combat. If I remember correctly Wilson holsters are made by Safariland so you may want to try them also. www.wilsoncombat.com & www.holsters.com . Let me know if you find anybody else. Thanks.

Safariland makes some good lined kydex holsters. the 560 and 561 are excellent. You can get a good deal on them too from Brownells.
