local high school bands shirts

A local school in my area has banned ICP shirts. ICP stands for Insance Clown Posse which is a band. the shirts were banned because they are "gang-related". Students are not allowed to wear the shirts to school, if they do they are forced to wear a hot pink shirt that says, "I wore an inappropiate shirt to school today" if the student is caught wearing the shirt at a football game they were told they were going to be arrested. I am not a student at this school nor have i ever attended this school. i was told by a student that if i wore one i would be arrested also. how is this legal?

Punisher, this is the second thread you have started on the same subject. I closed the first one in General as being off topic for a gun board. Starting a second thread on the same topic after the first thread was closed is not a good way to impress the Staff of the board.
