uh... Bayer the small hands comment was a joke - don't take it personally unless you do have tiny hands, then yeah I really meant it


i just see the Gapper as a reinvention of the wheel...if you want a large bore gun in .45, but have under developed mitts, live with a single stack gun.

why take something that works, and bastardize it, just because you want a .45 umpteen round gun the size of a 9mm...

whats next a .14 cal gun so it can have a grip lenght mag that holds 52 rounds...???

The only GAP that grabs my attention is the SA Gap Defender. A 1911, reduced in size, not just shortened, expressly for the Gap cartridge. I think this gun may fill a niche.

niche.... maybe for carnival midgets (small hands - smell like cabbage)
