I going to assume your mags don't have a removeable floor plate, like the Wilson's.

Using a wooden dowel (or similar tool) depress the follower and spring. When it's depressed, slip a nail (or other similar tool) thru the witness holes in the mag body, to capture the spring, but not the follower. Turn the mag upside down to "shake out" the follower. Put a shop rag over the top of the mag and pull the nail to release the spring.

Basically, assemble in reverse.
