Mec-Gar customer service

I have three Mec-Gar magazines which
have been totally reliable but have
developed cracks at the upper left
"lip" where the bend is.
Called Mec-Gar and the representative
told me to send them in for replacement.
He said some of the older mags had heat
treatment problems.
I'm impressed with their no questions
asked return policy.

Since Mec-Gars have always performed
flawlessly for me, I'm pleased to have
three new ones on the way rather than
having three relegated to the trash.
Kudos to a company that stands behind
its product.
