I have seen one of these guns. The overall fit and finish looked good.
As a candidate for 9x23 it would be great, because 38.super is the easiest caliber you can convert to 9x23.
If you really want some qualified answers(not saying you wont find them here)you should also post this over at www.pistolsmith.com under the "9x23 discussion", or you could post it under "custom makers".
You should also consider contacting Dane Burns as he is the guru of 9x23mm.
