I called Dillon today to check on an order (press maintenance kit and a toolhead) and found out it was due to ship today; anyway...I mentioned to the customer service rep that my primer alarm had quit working even after installing a new battery, and if by some slim chance there may be a warranty on it...after 10 years. :p

He mentioned that they have a 1 year warranty but not to worry, he would put a new one in with my order and get it out ASAP!!

Now THATS what I call customer service!!

Great job Dillon!!

They sell a teriffic product, send you replacement parts if they break no charge, offer all the hand holding and advice you need to run your press and keep it running, will rebuild your press if it needs it no charge. What else can you ask for. They have a customer for life in me.
