I just noticed I can no longer click my mouse on a page, and then use my "roll button" located on my mouse to scroll up and down. Is this a vbulletin thing, or am I infected? This only happens here.

Must be you. Check out your mouse properties in control panel.

I think it is my browser Netscape. I logged on using Internet Expolrer, and no problems.

Try updating to the latest version of Netsacpe or upload firefox browser... They are both mosilla browsers.
