My website keeps going down

It looks like my website has really gotten popular, as I'm exceeding Geocities' allowed transfer rate on a regular basis and getting shut down. Please be patient while I decide on the best option, either paying for a new site or reducing the size of my files.

UPDATE: I reduced the file sizes of many of my photos, so hopefully I won't exceed alloted bandwidth as often. The pictures still look fairly decent, although I can see a slight difference. If any body else has any trouble please let me know.
