I have narrowed down my search to two. The Novack and the Heinie. Both are great sites and I'm sure I will be happy with either. Just one question remains. Which one snags the least? These are to go on a carry gun so this is something to concider. Any thoughts helpful

medicarcher,

As you stated, both are great site and offer you nice sight pictures. Both sights work great for carry, but the Novak is more "snag-free". However, this can work against you if you need to do an emergency slide manipulation using the sights. All else being equal, I'd go with the Heinies, which offer a good compromise between being suitable for carry and offering a good platform to manipulate the slide if you're down to one hand.

I have Novaks, as I really like their sight picture, but the Heinie Slant-Pros seem pretty good, too. I'd be happy with either
