Biden doesn’t do anything without being told exactly what to do. The communists running the administration set policy on everything. He is just the pen and the phone.

Fast tracked to SCOTUS and shot down, no pun intended.
You know it will head to SCOTUS and they will shoot it down but this Administration like Democrat ruled States WILL IGNORE the ruling much like New York.

Agreed Old Grey Hare, the lobotomy and enema are the same thing with these folks. The enema comes first to get the heads out of their behinds, then the lobotomy. With ol' Joe, I don't know that either one would work. :ROFLMAO:
In Brandon's case, a lobotomy would be pointless, there is nothing to remove., and as for the enema, he'd disappear completely. Give the old fool some cookies and a dry Depends, and he is good to go.

Another planet killing rock has high probability before Red Giant Sun, thus the timeframe to "move to Mars" has been significantly reduced, likely to the point of not doable. ;)

They can at least do the "change Depends" routine. ;)

The Moron (Brandon) is nuttier than Hitler towards the end of WWII. And just as drugged.

Gun ads show people having fun and doing cool things with firearms That's against the law? They sure do think so and they've already filed suit against Daniel Defense and others.

I wonder if the favorite products of the political left are marketed that way? Of course, you know, I know, and the town fool knows this is politics and not common sense.
What the left refuses to admit is that their Hollywood movies and TV shows have sold more guns than gun rag advertisements ever did.

Meh.. Everyone knows The West Was Won with baseballs and bats.. That the Civil War was all about Basketball.. WWI was fought with Hockey sticks and Tennis racquets. In WWII the USA had to Lend/Lease - and gift the UK - with Bats, Balls, Hockey Sticks, Basketballs, FOOTBALLS, Racquets and LaCrosse sticks.. Pucks were completely outta' control. Helmets and shinguards, shoulder-pads and athletic cups.

edit: OMG! I forgot hoola-hoops, golf-clubs, polo and croquet mallets! Feel free to pick a war.

You and I know the whole "weapon of war" thing is ludicrous. By their definition traditional bolt-action hunting rifles are also "weapons of war", since they are direct descendants of the infantry rifles that killed millions of soldiers in several wars over the past century and a half. And let's not forget that the quintessential hunting caliber, the .30-'06 was the standard US military cartridge for many decades. Civilian AR-15s are no closer to being military-issue M16s than grandpa's Remington 700 is to being an M1917.

But I guess the antis are right... that bayonet lug and flash hider makes all the difference.

Additionally, the president will call on the Federal Trade Commission to issue a public report analyzing how gun manufacturers market to minors when selling guns.
Since when can minors legally purchase guns? And if 16yr olds are mature enough to be allowed to vote, why can't they buy guns?

He will also direct Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg to work to reduce the loss or theft of guns during shipments between federally licensed dealers.
Start with UPS, FedEx, DHL and other shippers who ''lose'' guns!

Wasn't one of Feinswine & Schumer's bright ideas years ago to ban ''any rifle that COULD BE MADE to accept a telescopic sight'', which would make it a SNIPER rifle?

Exactly I really think that a more accurate description of the current white house would be the Susan Rice administration. Some more has come out on this latest and greatest "executive action" They are also going to proceed with a "naming and shaming program" Something on the order of pointing out people that they do not like and going Neener, neener, jelly bean eater. Supposedly to out people that sell guns in a fashion that does not suit them.
I guess that arresting people and charging them with crimes when they commit them is either no longer fashionable or just not woke enough for them. Who knew?

Russkie "Show Trials" - all the rage, since 2020!
From GOA:

"Now, Biden’s executive order gives the ATF the ability to expand their illegal national gun registry by forcing private citizens who sell their guns to do so through an FFL."

UBCs, here we come.

According to GOA, it was the "compromise bill" Cornyn and Murphy engineered last summer or fall that gave the pres. the power to do that through fiat EO. We are so screwed as a country, as a nation of people. Expect more of this which we will have to sue for.

Many states already do that. But here in PA, the PICS background check does not contain any info about the firearm(s). The only record for longguns (which can still be sold FTF w/o BGC), sold by or thru a dealer, is the 4473 and A&D book which stays with the dealer. Unless that changes. 😒

Handgun sales/record is a different story. 🤬

I've thought for a long time that this is part of the master plan. Keep us spending money on lawsuits and that's money we can't spend on guns or ammo.
GOA has a decent write-up on this BS. --> here

But what does this section mean
Expanding the statutory definition of FFLs (Federal Firearms Licenses) allowed the Biden Administration a strong excuse to vastly expand federal regulations and require anyone who sells more than one gun to do so through an FFL "
What does the "more than one" part mean? More than one in the sale? More than one per year? More than one in a lifetime?
