I just bought a stainless Kimber Custom and I have a couple of questions. The grip safety has play in it side to side. So if you don't squeeze straight down on the safety it rubs on the side of the frame. It kinda binds a little but functions fine. Is this a problem? Or is it normal? If your Kimber has the hammer back can you wiggle the grip safety to the point it rubs on the frame? Thanks

It should press down and deactivate with the normal grip of your hand. If its catching anywhere then you'll need to send it back to Kimber...
