My new Patriot arrived last week. My wife says it is a Christmas present, and she will keep it under wraps until then.

I countered by telling her it neede to be "checked out" by test firing when I bought it.;)

It looks great, shot great: 100 rnds of new ammo (Blazer, IIRC). No probs, very accurate, sub 2" hole in the target at 10 yards. Excellent fit and finish.

I love it, but I'll have to wait until Christmas to shoot it again.

When you are able to get your hands on it again please give us a more complete report. I'm very interested as I have a Patriot on my wish list. :)

You could always be sneaky and say that there is only so much time to check it over and see if it needs returned :)

Scratch that seen where you did get to shoot it.

My wife got me a pistol of some sort, and I am the same boat as you. And no my above suggestion did not work with her. :D

my only hope is to get her something she wants to open before Christmas, too.

I'm trying with a stereo she wants, but it's iffy...
