Nice job of running it through the drills. The FTRB on the 17th 147 gr. HST is likely the last one you'll have, but continue to "wring it out". The marks on the rear bottom of the frame where the barrel ramp sits is something I would send the pics to Wilson and see what they say - JMO. Congrats on getting to the range, I haven't made it back since 2 weeks ago, and have a NRA Basic Rifle class to give on Saturday. Next week looks busy taking my brother to various doctor appointments, so it will probably be a week from this Saturday before I can do more load testing on my Wilson .38 Super retirement gun> :(

Took some better and more magnified photos of the wear and sent them in to Kent at Wilson. He showed them to Ron and he felt that this was just normal wear. Guess I’m too used to my all carbon steel guns.

As Ron felt it was normal, I will just keep shooting it with my reloads and perhaps occasionally check the 147’s but perhaps with the shorter barrel the 124’s would be better, anyway.

It is a great little gun.
