I’ve got to say that the green has grown on me. I’ve been visiting this page often just to get used to that optic and every time I visit…I fall in love with the green. I believe that it’s more durable than the open rmr. It’s just so big. I know it’s the future…maybe that is the next innovation…a smaller closed emitter?
New Wilson combat melt
I’m very excited about my new Wilson Combat SFX9. I love my EDC X9 so much that I just had to get another Wilson. I don’t like long waits. So I looked to see what was available and I found this one. I also wanted to try out the Steiner MPS enclosed RDS and the SIG LIMA1 rail laser.
I almost didn’t get this one because I don’t like drab green and this is an olive drab green. But its full melt treatment pushed me over the edge so I went for it and boy am I glad I did. The drab green really lights up under strong lighting.
What do you think?

Agree. Good thing they don’t just call it a carry melt. It’s labeled as a dehorn on the order form. Or how I see it.
