Can anyone tell me if it damages or hurts the slide in anyway to add night sights and change them? I'm considering having sights added to my gun but worry I'll be hurting the gun every time I need to change them. The 92FS requries a gunsmith to drill a hole to install them.

I don't understand. Why would you be changing sights at all frequently? The half life of the tritium in night sights is about 12 years, the sights will be usable beyond that. A careful shop would be able to replace the ampoules every 15 years or so without marring the sights. If you decided you didn't want your sights to glow in the dark the plain rear could be reinstalled and the front lamp either painted over or removed and its hole plugged. No damage I can think of, if done by a compentent shop.
