This is an early SIG GSR. The early guns were built, as I understand on Caspian slides and frames with perhaps another couple of parts or two. This is a in the 2000 range, I have another in the sub-600 range.

Caspian sold their remaining parts as kits which they called the XR with some adjustments to the appearance. I had some work done on this one.
