Hey Buddy , We at Rafter S make a mag pouch that has an inverted clip attachment . It will stay put no maater what . It will have the proper tension without any screws needed. It can be leather , shark , gator , ostrich . We use a very stout clip which will tilt outwards during your draw but stay closein to the body during carry . I carry at least 10 hours a day with mine and have used it two years with no change in tension . Mine is Sharkskin by the way which wears like Iron .
