I do believe that my P14 Ltd came with a FLGR. The bbl goes into the slide with the FLGR under it. Put the bbl, FLGR and slide together. Install onto frame, get the pin throught the bbl link, and the last thing done is to put the spring over the FLGR (with the bushing installed) the plunger tube and spring is pushed into the gun and the bushing turned to keep the plunger tube in place.
My P14 is ver tight. A tool is needed to take the gun apart.
This is a 2 piece rod. I ended up putting it together with the slide off the frame. With the bushing holding the guide rod sleeve in place, I bunched up the spring by pushing the threaded part in through the front.
I'm thinking of ditching the FL rod. Too much of a PITA to reassemble.
I got a used one as well. It came with a single piece FLGR. First (and only) thing I replaced.
