very nice - thanks for the photos! question for you if you don't mind - did you do the serrations on the mainspring housing and the magwell bevels with a file or on a mill?

Looks like a fantastic install. Judging from the top pic I would say your sear is defiantly blocked by the thumb safety. Thanks for the nice show and awesome job.

I did the serrations by hand with a 20 lpi checkering file. I did the bevel on the mill, except for the front radius which is done with my Foredom and a tapered sanding roll. Thanks for the kind words!
