I'm just curious!
I've seen lots of .38 to 9mm conversion discussion on here & youtube. But, nothing from .45 to .9mm. Is it possible? If so, would it be a barrel swap or what is needed for that convertion?

Thanks!

Their is an extractor issue, not sure if you can just change the extractor or if it is machined in a different location.

Don't think it's possible due to the difference in the width of the breech face. 45 would be too wide and a 9mm would probably (majority of the time) NOT get picked up under the extractor.

Would be cheaper to just buy a new gun.
Yup.

Lots of things involved top and bottom. The 45 slide would be worthless in a 45 down to 9 application due to the breach face. The frame may be just as worthless due to the caliber specific ramp in the frame. Buy a complete gun!
