I pulled the bullets and saved the powder from a small batch of reloads that didn't shoot very well. To reload the primed cases do I need to re-size them again or re-fill with powder and seat the bullets without re-sizing and belling a second time?

This depends on what press your are using! On my Dillon 650 just remove the decapping pin from the sizer and dump them in the casefeeder and do not load any primers. Load as normal

me too

Most highly recommend resizing.

As stated, just remove the decap pin first, then load as normal.

(Virtually) always resize all handgun cases.

Thanks for the comments. The dillon way sounds quickest and easiest but I only have a single stage press. I don't do very much reloading and had not pulled any bullets until now. Just wasn't sure if I'd have enough neck tension after pulling to get a good re-grip without removing the de-capper and re-sizing.
