Ive been waiting three months for my vbob to get in. I picked it up Wednesday finally got out to the range yesterday and after 80 rounds the rear sight came loose enough to fall out if held sideways and jiggled. I would try to fix it myself but I am under the impression that the sights should never be loose enough to just slide out even with the screw loose and no locktight. Is this something that the manufacturer should take care of?

get yourself some LocTite and be done with it.

They don't make them tight because people made too much noise about them when trying to sight them in for THEMSELVES, so now they make them looser.

It seems like every other week someone asks this question. It's part of "new gun 101"
