What's the lowest recoil/mainspring weight recommended for a USPSA single stack gun in .45? mostly shooting around 170-175pf.

Turning my kimber custom II into a SS gun. Already put a speed bump grip safety, and lighter hammer in it. I think I've got a 17 or 19# mainspring around somewhere. I have an unfitted square bottom FP stop to tune the recoil feel a bit as well.

instead of starting a new thread I figured I'd expand this one.

what are my options for flat SS triggers?

All I'm familiar with are the double stack STI blank and SVI flat insert triggers.

If lightening the mainspring in the interests of trigger pull, I'd be hesitant to go much below the standard 16 lb recoil spring. (Perhaps a 14 lb recoil spring for match day if the pistol seems to track quicker for you so equipped, but, I'd worry about battering it somewhat over the long term.)
