Is this the best follower to use?

Also I've seen in past from prevoius posts regarding the subject to specifically get the "red" Arrendondo follower. Is there really a difference in durabilty, function and reliably from the other colors (Blue, Black & Purple)?

Will be using the mag in an STI gun.
