I have seen on Fleabay and a couple of the auction sites 1911 slides that are made by Regent. Does any one have an opinion or experience using them? I have a Caspian Frame and will be looking for a slide.
Would the Regent slide need to be fitted to the oversize Caspian frame?

if they are Regent branded
then they are Tisas slides made in Turkey
other than the fact i have one, i cant answer you question

They are hit and miss - I sent the first one back and the second one I couldn't have been happier with cosmetically. I fit it to a Foster (Caspian) frame and it took only minor material removal from top of frame to get it started. Only concern is after fitting I'm beginning to wonder if it's in spec to GI print or not. Just a heads up.
