I don't think any revolver has a grip angle as such, that can be considered comparable to a 1911 because of their shape. Most of them have a near vertical frontstrap and the degree to which the backstrap trails or flares varies. Interesting question though; shall have to have a closer look at some of them side by side.
If you are looking for a revolver with "superior pointability" characteristics, look at any of the Bisley style Colts, SAA, etc. Those guns were designed to point and shoot, like a finger, rather than be aimed.
