The twins

Here is a a picture of my Elite Commando with my custom Biohazrd grips and another picture of my Elite Commando with my Bullseye gun . I just got the Bullseye gun and have not shot it yet so I cannot say which I like to shoot better yet. But I do love both of them

Those grips on his bullseye pistol look like the ones I ordered from Herrett for my S&W M41. I believe they are the Automatic Target Gun Stocks.

The grips that were on my bullseye gun came with it when I bought it . I bought it used. I did take the off as they are a bit to large for my hand and I cannot get a grip on the gun like I like to have but I did shoot with them a bit . I am just going to put them up for sale on one of the boards

This is a custom build 10mm on a RRA frame and slide. It was a year and half long process but worth the wait.

It has a Kart barrel, most of the other parts are Ed Brown save for the Heinie magwell and trigger. It has a mild melt down for carry.

It is the most freakishly accurate handgun I have ever owned in any caliber or type.

Sorry my photos aren't so hot-

Brent

My Short Elite Commando

What do you think? I just love the short Government Model!! Recoil is snappy and more fun. The gun has the German Prove House stamp from 2005 and the gun dealer told me that the complete pistol has a plasma coating on it. A very tough finish. One thing I especially like is that there are no markings on the entire gun besides the RRA address and the S/N. Recently the original Novak rear sight was changed to the Heinie Straight-8 version. Very nice sight picture. I choose the tall sight which shoots a little bit high at 25 meters for a 6 o'clock hold, so the standard Government version would have been the better choice, but I can live with that. The Novak sight that came with the gun shot too low. But I still like fixed sights. I use the pistol even for 25 meter target tournaments (two hand hold) an it's much more accurate than I can shoot. On a good day ...I tell you...
So, my suggestion...give the Commander length a try.

Shoot and have fun.
