I remeber a while back I saw the sigma at the gun store and thought that it looked like a glock copy and decided what for if you want a glock get a glock not a sigma. What ever happened to those guns I never hear about anyone owning one or never see anyone shooting one.

i have seen several sigma's. they seem to work fine, they just aren't for me.

when smith and wesson first came out with them glock sued them and won over certain patent infrigments, so they have changed a little from what i undertand. (not 100% sure)

smith and wessons next big thing was the smith and walther made pistol. there have been a lot of trouble with them. the Oklahoma State park Rangers went to them about a year and a half ago, from what i here they are having trouble with the slides locking open with rounds in the chmber. i laso hear that smith and wesson have not seemed to want to help them or stand behind their product that much. ( this info comes from a friend of mine who is a state park ranger and certified armoror on their guns)

if you want a plastic gun, i still say the glock is the best way to go, i have nothing bad to say about them. i carry 1911's only because i like them better and shoot better with them.
