I purchased a new SA loaded back in 2002, and had to return it for warranty work. SA did an excellent job, and as I recall, I was without my pistol less than 2 weeks! Does anyone know if the lifetime warranty applies to second owners?

If I buy a used SA, can I still send it in for warranty work?

Yep, life time warranty baby...one of the reasons why I bought TWO SAs instead of a middle leve Kimber...I'm sure Kimber is all that but I like having a warranty longer than a year...I'm in no way a competent gunsmith so having that warranty is very re-assuring

Yup. I was wondering the same thing, and posted the same question and got the same responses. I even called them to make sure, and yes, the warranty still applies.
