Well If you haven't heard the City of Seattle a couple of weeks ago adopted a new tax.

It consists of a $25 dollar per sale gun tax and, here's the kicker, a 5 cent per round ammo tax on top of the regular sales tax and transfer fees.

It's been pretty popular on the local gun forums on how illegal and BS this tax is.

Its supposed to be used solely for healing victims and controlling gun violence.

Riiiight!

Well, today the City has been sued for this travesty.

Awesome. I hope they win the lawsuit against Seattle. Please keep us posted down the road on the outcome.

Don't understand why they don't contact city att. or cnty. att., or even the Att. Gen. office before they institute these ill-conceived laws that will cost everyone $$$. Pretty blatant misuse of power. Good luck to all in Seattle.(except in football) LOL
