I have recently made a decision to sell off several knives that some consider collectables.

I have:
An original VN SOG knive
Gerber MK II made in 1967
Randall #14 humpback solengen blade
A couple of Puma white hunters from the 60s.

I don't need the money next week and am willing to do some research. Where is a good place to start?

Thanks

Those are some nice blades.

Not endorsing them , but a certain online auction site seems to reflect what the market will pay . There are some online knife sites as well ... You only have one chance to sell them , take your time , especially the first 3 ...

There are several knife collectors on here. Put up an ad with some pics in the GAFS forum here. Worst case, you don't sell them.:)

Here are a couple of knife forums which are a good place to start. I believe you will have to register to be able to view them.
Customer Knives and Guns

Usual Suspect Forum

Another good person to contact is Dave Ellis of exquisiteknives who buys/sells high end knives valued in the thousands. I believe he is into Randalls and Morans. He would be a good place to start.

Another good place for the Randall is to find a Randall knife forum. There has to be one out there.

BTW, do you have any pictures?
