Can't see yours, but this is the Sistema that I built for EDC/IDPA:

Slide work was done by Bob Hunter of Hunter Customs and Chuck Rogers of Rogers Precision. Hardchrome was done by Tripps. Wish he was still in the plating business.

That is an awesome loooking gun. Is that hard chrome? If so, who did it? This picture makes me want to run out and get one for a project gun. How does it shoot?

THanks for the kind words.

The hardchrome was done by Tripp's before he got out of the plating business. The other slide work is listed under the pic.

The only original parts are the frame and slide. I replaced everything else with 'drop-in' parts from CMC and Kings. Since this pic was taken, I've replaced the barrel with a USGI unit that I picked up at a gunshow.

It shoots pretty well. The accuracy is decent considering the bushing and barrel have a little play in them. I can keep all the shots inside 4" at 50ft, which is good enough for EDC/IDPA. It's 100% reliable, though. That was my main objective.
