My annual recurring membership is due. Just verified that payment has cleared on my end, but it's not showing up here as of yet.

I tried to use the "please send the tech account a private message here" link...

But it doesn't get around the PM space constraints.

What is the issue that you are also experiencing epj?

No site supporter access. As I recall, the badge doesn’t ever show on my iPhone , which I’m currently using. However, access to the site supporter forum hasn’t been blocked. My PayPal account was charged $50 on May 5, which was 4 days ago.

I am not seeing my sent messages either and I have “Save a copy of my sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default checked “
Interested in seeing this answered also.

I got an email today from:

saying:

Your access to the paid subscription "Site Supporter (Recurring)" is about to expire.
However, I renewed my subscription on 7/25/2018. Here is a screenshot of the PayPal transaction:



Please ensure that my subscription has been renewed.

My problem is ( what very bad PROCRASTINATOR !! ) I have been paying $10 a month instead of $5 a month for what a year in a half or so?
Maybe the tech guys could go into my pm's and see what the chat was about this and pm me and help them stop the double payment?
