My SA micro LW frame.
In the beginning, this thing would feed every thing I threw at it. I swear it would chamber a trash can. I was stoked.
Somewhere between 300 and 500 rounds it started getting finicky then wouldn't eject or feed anything. Back to springfield.

Now, everything is good (except for LSWC) but the stop is locking the slide back in the middle of the mag. My thumbs aren't the issue.
I don't want to send it back for something I can fix.
I've stripped and cleaned the gun hoping it would be a gunk issue.

1: Could the plunger tube spring not be strong enough to hold the slide stop?

2: could I turn the smallest dent into the stop for the plunger tube detent pin to ride in.

Any suggestions?

Slide stop

With the slide removed, load a magazine into the receiver. Put the slide stop in place. More than likely, the nose of the bullet is contacting the slide stop, activating it. I had a similar problem, and a new slide stop fixed the situatation. You should be able to clearly see the contact point. Some tweak the magazine "lips". Some modify the slide stop. I wasn't brave enough to do either (that was a lot of years ago :dope: ). Good luck, keep us informed.
