I don't know of anyone in south Arkansas, but in the Little Rock area, Hadden Oliver, of Oliver's Gun Shop, does good work. John Teer, of John's Gunshop, is also pretty good. Not sure of any others around here. Hope this helps.

Clark Custom is in the Shreveport/Bossier City area. They're about as good as you can get.
