Anyone know a source for wood grips of various types and grains that can be had with the Colt medallion?

Ajax grips would be probably your best bet...You can get what you want within days. Colt medallion and all!

Brownells lists Colt factory walnut grips with silver medallions. $61.76 for double diamond checkered, $30.26 for smooth. Gunbroker.com also lists a number of Colt grips, some of them factory, most of them aftermarket. Good luck in your hunt -- I've been looking for a pair of double diamond ebonywood grips with silver medallions for some time now, and no success. Best, ACP
